The Villa is located near Chiesanuova, a small village in the Florentine Chianti located on a gentle hill between vineyards and olive trees. A typical Tuscan landscape just 14 km from the wonderful Florence, a famous treasure chest of immense treasures. A unique landscape in the world!

The splendid Villa del 500 is at the center of a beautiful garden full of area comforts such as the elegant lounge area, barbecue and dining table, the 5 x 10 meter swimming pool which can offer pleasant dives in a grandiose setting. On the back stands a large terrace still a real audience open to the spectacle of the surrounding nature. The villa has two floors and is dominated by the beautiful panoramic tower.

The ground floor, where all the rooms have direct access to the garden, houses the services. Below the dining room with table for 16 people and finally a spacious modern kitchen recently completely renovated and equipped with everything: oven, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and a large breakfast table. On the ground floor there are also the laundry room and a bathroom with two bathrooms. The second floor houses 8 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

Through a staircase you can also access the dove tower, in addition to enjoying an exceptional panorama, you can find a table with chairs, suitable for a more suggestive dinner, or to spend time in complete relaxation.
